The Sunsets in The Last Samurai

Call me sentimental, but I thought the sunsets in The Last Samurai were dead on perfect. They pictured the perfect Japanese night on the Pacific, and lead to the day where thousands would fall on the battlefield. The crimson in the sky paralelling the blood spilled by the sword. It was like the sky was showcasing the battle that was to ensue. The woman that he falls in love with is as perfect as any woman from Japan can be and while I do not know her stage name, I would value getting her autograph, if I were so lucky.

I really enjoyed the movie and I plan to see more from Cruise whenever his next project comes out. He has truly proven that he is not completely used up and has plenty to offer the entertainment world.
